​References to ‘’services’’ means the services advertised by NutrEat via this website or other means.

 

​This Website is provided and operated by NutrEat. These terms were last updated on 30/11/2019. These terms apply for using this Website. You may only use our site for lawful purposes. Access to and the use of this Website is permitted subject to the terms set out herein.

NutrEat is run by Penny Vlachou, a Dietitian registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), registered office; Health and Care Professions Council, Park House, 184-186 Kennington Park Road, London, SE11 4BU. Registration number: DT27717.

 

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend access to the site and/or suspend or terminate your use without notice or liability. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this Website.

 

We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time and without notice. We cannot guarantee this site will be available at all times or without interruptions. We may suspend or withdraw this site or part of it without notice, at any time.

NutrEeat does not warrant or guarantee that all services listed or advertised will be available at all times, and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any services.

If you share any of the website links or blogs, you need to acknowledge the author and source NutrEat.

Cancellation Policy

​

(a) Appointment times have been specially arranged for you. In order to be fair to our clients and out of respect and consideration for the health professional’s time, at least 24h notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​

(b) Last minute cancellations (less than 24h notice) and 'No-show' clients will be asked to pay 50% of the amount of the missed appointment and pay in advance their next treatment. If you have purchased a package or are using a gift voucher, this will be deducted from the value of the treatment from the voucher.

​

(c) If you are late you will receive only the time remaining of your scheduled appointment in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

​

Payments

(a) We do accept card or cash to pay for your treatment. We do not accept cheques. We do not provide credit accounts for the services offered. Treatments have to be paid onsite as soon as your appointment is over.

(b) If you wish to pay in advance, you can contact us by phone or email and we can arrange this for you. We won't store any card information.

​

Gift Vouchers

​(a) Gift vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase, are non-refundable and can not be redeemed for money.

​

(b) You must bring proof of having a valid gift voucher with you for your appointment, otherwise we may ask for a payment by card or cash for your treatment.

​

Session Packages

Packages for are valid for twelve months from purchase date, are non-refundable and we will take part of your treatments as a cancellation fee if you don't show up to your appointment or give less than 24h notice to cancel your appointment.
