Service Description

If you are interested for something more that simply a nutrition check up, it is worth considering this 10% discounted package. For example, if you are attending for weight loss, disordered eating, IBS, sports nutrition, it is likely you will need follow up sessions. Planning for your health and committing to a nutritional programme can significantly help with motivation levels and keep you on track. Initial assessment: • Clinical and diet history • Assessment of your health and lifestyle, nutritional adequacy of your current diet; depending on your concerns • Measurement of weight and setting weight targets (as appropriate) • Diet advice- appropriate, evidence-based for your specific condition • Answering any questions you may have relating to nutrition • Discussion of a personalised diet plan. Sample day's meal plan will be provided after the appointment • A summary letter sent to your GP/consultant (as necessary/with your consent) Follow ups: Sustainable change does not happen all at once and a lot of progress can take place during the follow up sessions. A follow up appointment can assist you with overcoming barriers and challenges, so you can continue progress towards your goals, as well as enhance your understanding and knowledge around a balanced diet. This is not an extensive list, but here is an idea of what can a follow up session include: • Continued support and review following your initial consultation • Discussing what has worked for you and any challenges • Discussing eating scenarios, for example eating out/ at work • Discussing various foods/ food groups in further detail • Monitoring your weight and adjusting your meal plan accordingly • Setting future objectives The package can be used up to 12 months from purchase. Cancellation Policy

If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If not enough notice is given, the full session fee will be charged, as per privacy policy.
