Join Penny, Registered Dietitian and explore how diet can help you feel focused and resilient — both physically and mentally. Together, we’ll look at:
⚡ Which food habits can reduce your energy levels or contribute to an energy ‘crash’.
🥑 The role of macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) and specific vitamins and minerals for our energy levels micronutrients in sustaining strength and metabolism
🍽️ Practical meal and snack examples to eat for steady energy throughout busy days.
You’ll leave with realistic, everyday strategies to nourish your body and prevent energy dips. Eat smarter, not stricter- and feel the difference every day.
