Service Description

Includes but is not exclusive to the following: • Clinical and diet history • Assessment of your health and lifestyle, nutritional adequacy of your current diet; depending on your concerns • Measurement of weight and setting weight targets (as appropriate) • Diet advice- appropriate, evidence-based for your specific condition • Answering any questions you may have relating to nutrition • Discussion of a personalised diet plan. Sample day's meal plan can be provided after the appointment (as and when appropriate for condition) • A summary letter sent to your GP/consultant (as necessary/with your consent)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If not enough notice is given, the full session fee will be charged, as per privacy policy.
